Robin Hood: Prince of Thorngumbald
The rock’n’roll Hull panto returns to Social this Christmas
Written and directed by Paul Smith
Chosen by You
Robin Hood, the hawk-eyed hero, has set his sights on King John’s fortune this jubilee year.
Outlaw-in-the-making, Marian, longs to bamboozle the gentry with her mastery of arrows.
And loudmouth dame, Sister Skeg (Marc Graham), has found her calling in sharing the riches with the people of Hull.
But the Sheriff of Cottingham is hot on their heels and determined to bring the gang to justice.
Will the Prince of Thorngumbald fall foul of the law? Or will our heroes and you, the Merry Massive, bring down the king?
Find out in Hull’s silliest Christmas show, featuring a live band and the chance to make as much noise as you can.
Now in its 11th year, our alternative panto is a homegrown hit with a story chosen by our audience every Christmas.
So catch us down Humber Street this December to join the gang and kickstart a new family tradition.
Plus! Take part in our wanted poster treasure hunt, to help Robin, Marian and Skeg stay one step ahead of the Sheriff…
