Fresh Ink: Hull Playwriting Festival 2024

Stage@TheDock and Pier Street, 20-21 July 2024

1) Seating

Seating for all Fresh Ink events are unreserved and the Fresh Ink team kindly ask that audience members fill the seats from the front. Spaces will be saved for BSL and wheelchair users, but these must be booked in advance to guarantee availability.

For BSL Interpreted events: If there are BSL users in your group please make sure you have selected ‘Yes’ in the ‘BSL User’ option at the checkout so that we can ensure you have the best view of the BSL Interpreter.

Access Requirements: We ask that wheelchair users and those with access needs let us know of any requirements, by using the notes section at the checkout.

2) Safety

Audience members must respect any safety measures put in place by Stage@TheDock & Pop-Up Space, Pier Street. These measures are under constant review and may change at short notice.

3a) Paid Events

If you or a member of your party are unable to attend the event, paid tickets can be exchanged for an alternative event (if available) providing you have contacted Hull Truck Theatre Box Office more than 24hrs before the show.

If there are no other available events we can attempt to sell on your ticket/s, provided we have 24hrs notice. Our own unsold tickets will take priority. If we are able to sell on your tickets you will be refunded minus a £1.50 admin fee.

If the event is cancelled, customers will be entitled to a full refund minus 50p per ticket admin fee and tickets will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

3b) Free Events

If you or a member of your party are unable to attend the event, free event tickets can be exchanged for an alternative free event (if available). If there are no other available events, Hull Truck Theatre Box Office can return your tickets to general sale, no charge.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned once the performance has started.

Please note: the Box Office closes at 5pm each day.
