Rachel Hogg

Trustee

Rachel is production coordinator at Hull Truck Theatre.  Having developed an interest in theatre at a young age she studied drama at Loughborough University, graduating in 1998. She moved to London where she worked as a stage manager for 20 years, the latter 14 years as resident stage manager for London’s Barbican Theatre.

Rachel is also a writer and was lucky enough to be part of Middle Child’s Writers Group in 2022.  She has received writing commissions from both Hull Truck Theatre and Burn Bright.

Having become a wheelchair user in recent years Rachel is passionate about making theatre accessible to all.
