Fresh Ink: Hull Playwriting Festival 2024

Senzeni Na?

Written by Prince Kundai

How do you raise a child when the community that she’s growing up in would sooner see her die than succeed? How do you become the woman you wish to be if your family are the ones holding you back?

Senzeni Na? is an African coming of age story following a young girl and the dynamics between her and her small family, and the world around them.

Join us in the marquee at Stage@TheDock for a rehearsed reading of Senzeni Na?, by Hull-raised writer Prince Kundai.

Senzeni Na? will be shared alongside Isabelle, written by Marc Graham. One will follow the other, with a short interval in-between. Only one ticket is required to see both.
